9baji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "9baji", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the 9baji online betting and casino service, operated through its website and associated mobile services. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

"Services" refers to all betting, casino games, sportsbook, and related activities available through 9baji. "Money" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account at 9baji, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in an area where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You are operating the account on your own behalf, not for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 9baji.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in your account being cancelled at any time and funds being forfeited.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

9baji conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security and transparency. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking account details
• A recent selfie or photo (if required)

Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete. 9baji may request additional verification documents at any time, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

9baji supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳1,000
• Typical Withdrawal Time: 10–45 minutes

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a registered payment account. Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, 9baji reserves the right to temporarily hold and investigate it. 9baji also reserves the right to cancel any erroneous transaction caused by a technical error at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

9baji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each promotion has its own terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the specific terms of that bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000
• Wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount only)
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000; to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• Another example: ৳12,000 deposit → bonus ৳5,000 (maximum cap) → total ৳17,000

Winnings earned with bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonuses are valid for one-time use on eligible games only.

Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. 9baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice. Bonuses may be cancelled if abusive or unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 Betting Rules

9baji offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as online casino games. All bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant game or event.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 9baji identifies a technical error or human mistake.
• If a game or match is cancelled due to a technical issue, bets will be refunded.
• 9baji's decision on scores or results is final.
• The maximum and minimum limits for a bet may vary by game or event and will be displayed on the platform.

For sports betting, settlement is based on the final result or the specific market only. Odds in live betting may change at any time. 9baji is not responsible for any loss resulting from internet connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9baji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using multiple accounts on behalf of the same person
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Stealing another user's account information or attempting to hack
• Operating betting or gaming on behalf of a third party
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability in the platform

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

9baji is a secure and reliable platform. However, we are not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or network issues
• Loss caused by problems with the user's device or software
• Technical errors from third-party game providers
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters
• If your account information is disclosed to another person

9baji ensures the highest level of technical security, SSL encryption, and fair play. However, all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk — this risk is entirely the user's own.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

9baji protects your personal information with the utmost care. Information collected at the time of registration is used only for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification
• Transaction processing and security assurance
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Providing customer service

Your information is not sold to third parties. Information is not shared except upon a lawful request from legal authorities. You are encouraged to read our full Privacy Policy separately.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

9baji may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information
• Account inactivity (not logging in for an extended period)
• At the user's own request

In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) may be returned subject to wagering conditions being met. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the 9baji support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

9baji believes in responsible gaming. We view our platform as a source of entertainment, not income.

• Only persons aged 21 and above may use 9baji.
• Play within your means — do not bet what you cannot afford to lose.
• If you feel you have a gambling problem, use our self-exclusion service.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination of Agreement

9baji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
